UPDATE: Three men charged over death of Polish national on Dewsbury canal towpath

Two men will appear before magistrates this morning after being charged with the murder of Polish national Marcin Siarczynski.

Mr Siarczynski, 37, was found dead on a canal towpath near Low Mill Lane in Ravensthorpe, on March 14.

Pawel Piotr Olszewski, 25, and Krzysztof Olszewski, 20, both from Ravensthorpe, will appear before Kirklees Magistrates in Huddersfield this morning charged with murder.

The men were arrested on Wednesday.

A 29-year-old man arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender has been bailed pending further enquiries.
